I have been a professional photographer since 2005 when I started Yankee Photography studio!  My studio is located in East Lansing but I travel all over Michigan for on location portraits.   I believe I have the best job in the whole world!  I am blessed to be a part of my clients most happiest moments!  With my job there is always something new and exciting to photograph from senior and family portraits to engagement and wedding photos to newborns and children’s first milestones in life.  My clients entrust their precious memories with me and I am so pleased to capture life for them!  Seeing the joy on my clients face when I have captured the perfect moment makes my day!  I can say truthfully that I am addicted to photography!

I have been married to the most wonderful husband and my best friend since 2009.  He is my rock in life and we balance each other well.  I love to drink mocha latte’s and listen to music while I edit photos.  I have a passion for life and love to travel.  Learning about other cultures is a passion of mine.  My husband and I are proud owners of a standard poodle.  I believe pets are part of a family.  I have been addicted to photography ever since college where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Western Michigan University.  I love to learn and share my knowledge with everyone who will listen.  Life is so amazing I am just enjoying the ride!
